Can you answer my eyebrow question (possibly NSFW)?

My eyebrow has an ingrown hair that is itchy. My hairstylist and pharmacist suggested Hydrogen peroxide applied with a Q-Tip. I bought both cheap. I would like to pass it by Fluther to see what the Collective thinks.

Can’t hurt, will it not pop? I also heard hemorroid cream will help.
