Why does the Silver Surfer get a perfect 7/7 score for intelligence?

I assume when he received the Power Cosmic from Galactus (so he could become his herald), Norrin also received cosmic awareness, this boosting his intelligence level.

@cookieman Does knowledge of “all that is” from cosmic awareness really knowledge of all that is? Like how many licks to get to the center of the tootsie roll? Or Calculus?

Don’t know. Never had it, but I assume it means you know a whole lot of stuff.

@cookieman I read recently that the human brain can store 100TB of information.

It’s because of his fashion choices.

I’m guessing it is because of his servitude to Galactus which gave him knowledge of the cosmos far beyond what he knew before. His own home world was very advanced so he has that going for him as well.
