Is it true that Republicans are attempting to disband the DNC?

I saw a post on YT about it. It was not a source I am familiar with. Supposedly, they are citing the recent demands from Democrats to disallow any political entity to exist which had ties to slavery, or supported racism associated with slavery.

Is this really a thing?
