How do I get to my "14 Activity for You" page, from the 13 "Activity for You"?

I had 2 new Activity for You, I responded in one thread (No French word for “wife”) and then I did something wrong and I end up in 13 “activity for You”. I want to find out which is the other thread that someone responded to in the last 24 or hours. For all I know it could be one from years ago. What have you responded to in the last 20 or so hrs, and that I am on?
