What is the history of this culture in China? Where did it come from, how did it arise, and how has it survived over the years? Why did they stay in China?

Aren’t they in northern China and actually are slave laborers?

How did they get converted to Islam, and what was their general belief system before converting to Islam?

What positive contribution to society do the Uyghurs bring to China?
You can have different subsections like:
Are they mostly laborers that keep factories running? Are there any inventions that can be traced to them? Is there something in their culture that can benefit everyone else?
What foods have they introduced into mainstream society?

But of course, by his own admission, Clinton let 300 000 die in Rwanda
In a 2013 interview with CNBC, he was more frank: “If we’d gone in sooner, I believe we could have saved at least a third of the lives that were lost,” he admitted. “It had an enduring impact on me.” He estimated that if the US had provided as few as 10,000 troops, more than 300,000 Rwandan lives could have been spared

Then there was the starvation policies he enacted against Haiti
