Do we need to use MDAS in fraction?

A fraction is a division. If you have 3+ 4/7+2, you would do the 4/7 first.

a horizontal bar. In that case, you can think of the expressions in the numerator and denominator as both being enclosed in parentheses, so you would do the division at the very end.
