General Question

I address this question just to the conspiracy theorists. I have one source (Tom Montalk, which I found Googling it) that offers some post-election reflections on how Trump could be declared a winner. Do you agree with this?

To the not-conspiracy-theorists who decide to answer, I tell that I’m verifying the information herein by putting it up for public debate. Now, before that a DISCLAIMER:

The information I present herein is NOT mine (it’s not even up to date). It’s just to verify it in a public debate. I won’t lie, I MIGHT not reply to constructive replies/criticism, but maybe I will, it depends on what I can actually say, BUT if you don’t have such constructive replies to say, I surely WON’T answer.

Now, without further ado, here it goes the quote:

“Since the election was not a clear win for Trump (yet) due to election fraud:

1. Per Trump’s executive order from September 12, 2018, the “Director of National Intelligence (Ratcliffe), in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies” will have 45 days to analyze evidence of fraud and submit their findings.

2. Then for 30 days after that, the “Secretary of State (Pompeo), the Secretary of the Treasury (Mnuchin), the Attorney General (Barr), the Secretary of Homeland Security (Wolf), and the Director of National Intelligence (Ratcliffe)” will decide how to act on those findings.

3. Trump may swap out these officials with others as needed.

4. Trump officials are litigating swing state elections, due to fraud / meddling / interference and unconstitutional rulings like Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court extending mail-in vote counting past election day in violation of earlier law.

5. The court battle is just beginning. This will include a federal lawsuit and likely a hearing before the U.S. Supreme Court. The election isn’t over until these court cases are settled, despite what the media claims.

6. Sidney Powell, former federal prosecutor and current defense lawyer for Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn, has said in several interviews that they have evidence of Democrat operatives using a repurposed counter-intelligence surveillance program called Hammer and vote-manipulation application called Scorecard to influence the 2020 election. Here’s a clip of her appearance on Lou Dobbs: https://twitter.com/LouDobbs/status/1324852734688923648

7. This is also being exposed by Lt. Gen. Tom McInerney (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_McInerney) who has inside information on what the Obama administration did (he named Comey and Brennan) to use that software against the American people.

8. Trump officials have other hard evidence gathered over the past 4 years including: Hillary’s private email servers, Hunter Biden’s three hard drives, the Weiner laptop, Epstein / Maxwell’s evidence including their collection of blackmail tapes, evidence from the NXIVM case, and hard drive(s) from Chinese whistleblowers including Dr. Li-Meng Yan on the true origins of the coronavirus. Additionally, according to Powell and McInerney, some months ago the creator of the Hammer and Scorecard software came forward as a whistleblower and handed over 40+ hard drives of relevant evidence of its illegal misuse.

9. Meanwhile, the opposition (through the New York Times on Nov 3rd) set the narrative by saying, “The role of declaring the winner of a presidential election in the U.S. falls to the news media.” In reality that falls to state certifications, court rulings, and—most importantly—the Electoral College, which does not convene until December 14, 2020 and allows electors to follow their own judgment when casting their final votes. But the media posing as the arbiter of who wins was declared days in advance of Biden giving a victory speech (which happened on Nov 6) and then media + social media reinforcing that narrative in the days/weeks afterward, combined with mass censorship to try burying the fraud narrative.

10. Their goal is to build an alternate reality through a false narrative that Biden has won fairly, in order to steal the election by fiat, while simultaneously painting Trump as someone living in an alternate reality trying to steal the election. Projection, as usual. But they have no choice, as a Trump win is an existential threat to them.

11. If they (Trump and his team) were 100% confident in the evidence they had on hand prior to the election, and if they had the infrastructure in place to monitor the 2020 election per the 2018 executive order, they would have allowed rather than stopped the fraud in order to add it to the list of crimes, not to mention further implicate the mainstream media as accomplices, and trace this all the way back to the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) who are also guilty of starting the COVID pandemic. Miles Guo (Chinese billionaire and anti-CCP activist) hinted at this back in September: https://gnews.org/528926/

12. It all comes down to whether the Trump administration can prove their case in court and/or act on the evidence gathered per the 2018 executive order. They have 2 months to do it. That’s the bottom line.”

The whole thing rests on the assumption that drumpf et al are arguing from a position of good faith.
They are not. They are whipping their supporters into a frenzy to destroy confidence in the electoral process, and to delay certification so that they can pressure states to appoint drumpf-loyal electors and ignore the will of voters, and/or have a stacked and biased supreme court declare him the winner of the election.

It also assumes that there was widespread election fraud, and that the drumpf campaign has evidence of it.
They do not. If they did, they would have presented this evidence already in the myriad of lawsuits they started. Instead what they have argued are technicalities, and tried to use a handful of voters who had their votes invalidated, to convince the court to invalidate the votes of millions of other voters.
And so far, not one of their lawsuits have been ultimately successful.
Some of those lawsuits have been notable due to the complete incompetence that drumpf lawyers put on display.

From the recent PA lawsuit that was dismissed:

“In this action, the Trump Campaign and the Individual Plaintiffs (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”) seek to discard millions of votes legally cast by Pennsylvanians from all corners – from Greene County to Pike County, and everywhere in between.
In other words, Plaintiffs ask this Court to disenfranchise almost seven million voters.
This Court has been unable to find any case in which a plaintiff has sought such a drastic remedy in the contest of an election, in terms of the sheer volume of votes asked to be invalidated.

One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption, such that this Court would have no option but to regrettably grant the proposed injunctive relief despite the impact it would have on such a large group of citizens.

That has not happened.
Instead, this Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence. In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state. Our people, laws, and institutions demand more. At bottom, Plaintiffs have failed to meet their burden to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.

Therefore, I grant Defendants’ motions and dismiss Plaintiffs’ action with prejudice.”

Naming the source would be helpful so we could see what they are offering. If you posted a cut/paste quote from the source, I see things that make me question right out of the gate. But in theory, there are still ways Trump could win the election. It is still in play. Some of what you have in your question is/has already happening/happened. The media has declared Biden the winner despite the fact there is on-going challenges and that the electoral college has not met yet to decide things. And they are continuing to sing that song and persecute Trump at every turn, even though they are in the wrong. That is called propaganda. Another thing that could happen is that a special prosecutor could be put into place to investigate voter fraud and do an in-depth investigation of all the evidence. If that happens, even if Biden is declared the winner, he really can’t stop it. If he tried, it would be Obstruction of Justice and he could be impeached right out of the gate.

6. Sidney Powell

Sidney Powell has proved too crazy even for the clowns around Trump. She was appearing with Rudy just a few days ago. Today they claim she isn’t on the team. What a freak show.

“Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. She is not a member of the Trump Legal Team. She is also not a lawyer for the President in his personal capacity.”

The courts keep throwing most of the cases out for lack of proof.

My opinion is the crazy alt-right, foreign entities, and trolls, keep sending out all of this messaging across social media to keep people wound up, anxious, afraid, and angry. Trump goes along with it, because he knows how effective it is.

It’s a clear win. It just took a long time to count, which was done on purpose by the Republicans to cause more doubt and anxiety.
