Why can I no longer log into my account at hotmail?

Mysteriously, I've stopped being able to log into my account (for about a week plus now). It happened all of a sudden for no apparent reason. I can't remember my "secret question" and I'm sure my password is right anyway. I can't get in there to give an alternate email address and there's no phone number to call. Is there anything I can do?
