Did Biggie really put a hit on Tupac?

So I’m curious to see what people think about Biggie Smalls putting a hit on Tupac. Do you think he did it. If so what do you think his motivation was. I personally believe that he did not do it.

No the hit was for Suge. Pac was collateral damage.
