Happens for both men and women. Women fantasize they are having sex with George Clooney or Sting or the UPS driver, while men fantasize about having sex with Alison Williams or Miley Cyrus or Nicole Kidman, or the barista at Starbucks.

”...have sexual conversations with other woman so it could help him in bed with his wife” is a completely different thing though.

Charlie Brown is never around when you need him. “Good Grief!”

That’s letting a third party into his marriage bed-talking to another woman, and emotional cheating, in my book. I’d recommend a heart to heart with his wife, or marriage counselling. If I were the girl he’s sexting, I’d tell him he’s a creep and block him.

Definitely yes – And as zenvelo has pointed out, it’s something that goes on with both sexes. At any point in any relationship married or otherwise, either partner may engage in sexual fantasies about other lovers real or imaginary.

Does it mean trouble? Not necessarily. But trying to enforce “rules” about what someone imagines or feels without really putting emotion into action leads nowhere.

Accusing someone of “adultery in the mind” is an excuse for insecurity that can do more damage than any fantasy.

Of course it is. And vice-versa.

Heck yes. The thought police haven’t any way to prevent you from fantasizing.

Possible, certainly. Recommended? Probably not.

Of course. It’s called human nature.
