Five, six, etc.

They really don’t have any particular name. They’re just mathematical and theoretical physics concepts.

IMO, there is mass, velocity, perception, and direction, in addition to the four you mentioned.

Those aren’t dimensions. Maybe “direction” could be sort of considered a dimension, but it’s really not.

Maybe we can name them for the six quark flavors:
up and down, charm and strange, and top and bottom
