Rubbish question. It’s obvious that no one has time to answer rubbish questions and no one likes to see them. Your question is so rubbish it’s ridiculous. It should be deleted ASAP!

Who’s determining which are rubbish questions? If you mean spam, it would be great if they were and they are, once identified. Otherwise, flagging what seems to be rubbish and having it sent back or deleted is cumbersome but fairer.

If the mods think your question is rubbish, they send it back to editing, and tell you to make it less rubbish.
And if, in their judgement, your revised question still does not cut it, they will send it back again, and again, and again, until you are bullied into pressing that “abandon question” button.
