(Humor) Can you come up with lyrics for theme songs to T.V. shows, movies, games or game shows that have no regular lyrics?

Asked by Yellowdog (12216points) March 21st, 2021

I used to kind of make them up in my head as the shows were coming on or going off, or played throughout. See my example in the first answer.

Humor expected, and its okay if anyone comes up with lyrics to a theme song someone else has already done.

For instance, this to the Andy Griffith Show theme song:

Andy Grif -FITH!
He was the FIFTH!
The fifth sheriff of MAY-berrY
Andy Grif –FITH!
He was the FIFTH!
The Fifth sheriff in town!

(Assuming there were four sheriffs before him)

The town was called, “MAY-BER-RY!”
His wife was, “Ant Bee!”
His son was, “Oh-o-OPE PEE!
And Andy, he had NO GUN!

(e.g. sounds like “And-and-HEE-hee had, no gun!)

When Andy GRIFF
– fith was sher IFF
‘twas no riff-raff a-round! (None)!

Lol Except ‘Ant Bee’ was his aunt, not his wife. Pretty good try, though, better than I could do.

Yeah, I know—but I like doing it weird.

Couldn’t resist ‘Ant Bee’ either.

And in the series, the Sheriff he played was Andy Taylor not Griffith

Ha! The ‘Andy Griffith’ part slipped right by me!
