Is it Illegal to Contact a Therapist Fraudulently With my Email Address?

Someone used my email address to sign me up for a psychologist. Can I prosecute them?

Could it be that someone is trying to tell you something?

If they’ve hacked into your confidential medical data or stolen personal identity information protected by law you may have a case – But otherwise just purge your contact lists and upgrade your malware filter.

Do you have a common email address? I get a shit ton of email from so many name doppelgängers.
