@all I was thinking of years of working out? Just wondering how many years? Or is it a genetic trait?

It’s just flexing a muscle. Like most muscles, most people aren’t familiar with using most of them, don’t realize most of them exist, and don’t use most of them consciously very much at all. In Dwayne’s or other pectoral-twitching muscle-builders’ cases, they’ve exceptionally developed those muscles and are familiar with flexing them, while many men don’t develop or use those muscles much at all, since for practical purposes, they’re mainly used as part of other movements.

practice. It’s a learned skill, like playing the piano.
