Should I buy the car?

Ok so theres this car (2003 toyota camry) for sale ($3,500).. but the car is over seas.. and the guy who has it for sale says that he will bring it to my house for no charge and i have 5 days to make up my mind if i want it.. and that i will have to pay him though a secure ebay account and if i dont want it then i can get a refund.. SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE .. RIGHT?

ugh! i told my dad and he is unsure.. he’s scared that it might be a fraud.. what do you think.. SHOULD I DO IT OR NOT??
