Does the second amendment cover private yachts and international shipping container vessels?

I heard a couple of years ago in an extreme wealth video that a billionaire acquired an anti-missle defense system on his super-Yacht

How much legally can a private citizen trick out one’s armerments on their boat’s?

Once at sea, the 2nd Amendment doesn’t apply.

Once in port in the US, the vessel is subject to domestic weapons laws.
