Please can you list universities where one can take career counseling as a career?

In Alberta or online? Or Free on YouTube to find out if It is worth perusing?

Also what are the steps going into the field? Or should I just take more psychology classes, and figure it out as I go?

Also can you suggest a book from Amazon to read on the subject?
