Is there any criminal organisations in Austria Hungary?

Austria Hungary or Habsburg Empire is the nation ruled by the Habsburg monarchy from 1867–1918, it also previously the Austrian Empire formation in 1804. While I like the nation itself, I also like elements of criminal underworld like the American Mafia.

So I am curious, is there any criminal organisation situated in the Habsburg Empire? The timeline is mostly in the 19th century and early 20th century. I heard there are bandits group but what about the mafia group and street gang. I like to hear about that.
