Lead has the atomic number of 82

Bismuth has the atomic number of 83

Polonium has the atomic number of 84.

So I guess you could say that Bismuth and Polonium have lead by example.

@Six I’m not sure that all leaders are the ones to copy. Leaders are usually people with a vision. They know what the final outcome should be. They have a plan on how to get there.

Not all leaders have management skills. Managers have the ability to inspire others to accomplish the tasks needed to carry out the goals.

Find someone with both the ability to lead and manage, and you have someone special.
