Where do i find a place that prints and makes cardboard CD cases?

i’m currently in a band, and we’re going into a recording studio very soon to record our first demo/EP, and it’s honestly the first time i’ve ever been in a band long enough to get into a recording studio.
my dilemma has to do with the sale of the cd once it’s all said and done. we’ll have no trouble reproducing the cd many a time.
what i’m most interested in is where i can get the cases that look like this:

but i can print my own design/artwork on it, and have lots of them made, as well as having something printed onto the CD itself (as shown in the picture).
can someone point me in the right direction?
