How would you fill in capital punishment method?

I would go for ‘fast’ as the primary criterion.

Somehow ‘humane’ seems like a strange requirement when you’re killing someone. If your goal is to be humane, why are you killing them?

Cost effective seems silly too; one assumes that these won’t happen often enough for cost to be a factor.

Painful sort of goes along with humane – not sure if I care that much about whether it hurts or not when the person will be dead in 10 minutes anyway.

Once “the state” has decided to murder someone, the details shouldn’t matter that much.

Are you asking about the method I’d recommend?
If yes, then I would recommend lethal injection with a Fentayl overdose. 2 ml is plenty and can be had for under $30 on the street.
And there is no mess to clean up.

You know how zoos have to spend lots of money to feed their carnivores?
Let us reduce their feeding expenses, while giving the lions some much needed exercise.

“Death by God.” Lock them up and God will take their life when he/she/it deems it time.

@gorillapaws Yeah, and while we’re waiting for ‘god’ to do his thang, we’re paying for the summbitches to lay around, fight, eat, watch tv, file appeals using state-assigned attorneys, etc.

But I agree with @LuckyGuy, so I guess fast and cost-effective.

I would go for very slow, something that takes about 100 years to kill a person, with no incapacitation until the very end.

I’m not a fan of capital punishement but I’d choose a bullet to the head or firing squad. Your choice.
