Can you tell me ways how I can get as many (at least 1,650) people as I can into my LinkedIn group?

I currently have about 1500 people in my LinkedIn group. I need at least a total of 3K – preferably as much as I can! May I kindly ask for ways to get as many people in my LinkedIn group as possible?
