What kind of juice goes sour?

I make Popsicles for the kids from healthy juices. Apple, cranberry, grape, pineapple, you name it.
Well I made some about 6 weeks ago. They’ve been in the freezer the whole time.
Kids broke them out yesterday. My grand daughter took one lick and yelped “These taste like pickles!”
I took a taste and sure as heck they were horribly sour.
What kind of juice goes sour? Grape juice?
