Has Anyone here ever had a Pilonidal cyst?

I’m not going to explain here what it is, save to say that it hurst an obscene amount and I can’t get to the doctor until Monday. I am wondering, however if it can get big enough for it to break my tailbone? Sounds silly, but this thing is huge and getting bigger by the hour.
