Are you going to prepare these and shop for these on your own?
If you are, the I suggest surfing all the meal delivery sites and get an idea of what sounds palatable for you and within your range of preparation skills.
There are also many cookbooks for one.

I have been preparing meals for just me for many years. Even longer for just myself and my daughter. You may end up with leftovers for the next day in some cases. Then you can already have the next days meal set.

@Forever_Free Thanks. I added both books on my Amazon wish list. I will Google meal delivery sites now. Update most of those meal delivery sites are expensive and mostly skip the dishes like. Door dash has SuperStore in 25 minutes and will try that.

Thanks

When I lived alone, I spent Sunday evening meal prepping for the week.
I’d bake chicken breast for salads and sandwiches.
Also prepare taco meat so I could reheat quickly between classes or jobs, for burritos, nachos or taco’s.

It really depends on your personal preferences. I love cooking so often I use a crockpot meal, casserole, or even shaved turkey breast for a quick sandwich.

@RedDeerGuy1 agreed that the meal delivery sites are expensive. I only meant to use it as a reference for meal selection and then you purchase and prepare.
I also like @KNOWITALL suggestion of meal prep night on Sunday for the week. I have a friend that works for the USGS who does field work during the week. He prepares all his weekly meals like chicken and broccoli and salads on Sunday nights. Puts them in his Yeti and pockets his daily food stipend.

A stir fry makes for an easy meal. Combine some vegetables, meat and cheese and maybe some noodles or rice. There are lots of variations and you really can’t go wrong.

Chili and cornbread.
For chili, brown 1 lb ground beef, add one large onion, cook on med until onions are soft. Add lg can crushed tomatoes, two cans of kidney beans with juice, two Tbsp honey or brown sugar, 1 tsp salt, ½ red pepper flakes. Simmer half hour. You could use most any form of hot pepper.
Serve with sour cream or shredded cheese. Freezes well.
