Is there a way to use a picture in place of album artwork in iTunes?

I have a couple of albums without artwork and was wondering if I could use a picture out of my library for it instead. Help!

Right Click. Get Info. Artwork. Change Artwork. Something like that.

You can also drag and drop onto the artwork window in your library when the song is selected. Haven’t done it in a while, but that used to work.
