Veterinarian
Daycare provider
CPA
Lawyer
Real estate agent, broker, & appraiser
Auctioneer
Architect
Funeral director & mortician
Electrician
Plumber
Engineer
Cosmetologist & barber

How about clergy? Minister, priest, rabbi, etc.—don’t know, just wondering.

My father, who was a teacher, didn’t need a license but did require a teaching certificate. His having a BA and MA helped get him more money in his teaching position.

We ARE talking about having a LICENSE, aren’t we?? Not a diploma, not a certificate.

@kritiper Professions that are restricted.

Like a philosopher, vs. a psychologist. Psychologist is a licensed profession, while philosopher is not.

Teachers – it depends. University faculty don’t need a license or certificate, they do need a diploma.

I just found out that Food Services Manager for a food truck or restaurant needs one.

I need a license for my drone.

Too bad they didn’t need a license to act. Atrocious acting.
