If I purchase Crysis Warhead from Steam will it still come with SecuROM copy protection?

From the google search I just did, it seems that no, if you get the game through Steam it will not have SecuROM protection. You’d be paying more for it over Steam (or so I hear) but hell, it’s worth it to not have that damn parasite. SecuROM is a terrible blight upon computer games.
