What would you do with half an egg?

Asked by mazingerz88 (29144points) 3 weeks ago from iPhone

Say in theory you bought a carton of eggs and inside is one egg that’s just half an oval and intact with a flat bottom, what would you do with it?

Also, quite certain you saw an egg with two yolks…have you seen one with three? Thanks.

Scrambled eggs with half an egg more.

fry it over easy, but it on a slice of toast. Makes for a good light lunch.

Feed the disposal.

I’d either take a picture of it or save it to show to one of my grandkids. Then I’d scramble it with a couple of its neighbors.

Fry it up with half a slice of bacon?

Hard boil it then devil it. Deviled eggs are already a half egg.

Open it to find out what it looks like inside. If it is an egg, but smaller, eat it however you like eggs the best.

Yes, I’ve seen 2 and 3 yolk eggs. Never a 4 though.

A very weird looking egg I would toss it in the trash. Half an egg, like leftover egg from making breaded meat or chicken, I cook it up and it is delicious with the bits of breadcrumbs and flavor from the meat. Make an omelet adding more egg or use the small amount in a sandwich with ham and cheese.

Revert to being a kid and throwing it at the bus.

@Forever_Free Why in the world does that appeal to Anyone. It would never occur to me to do that, and sounds like kids I would want to avoid.

It is fine if it is a political tour bus, or a police bus.

Such a rare egg, would be worth more than a regular egg.
Perhaps I could trade it, for a full dozen of regular eggs.

^^The kind of reaction close to mine. Also with puzzlement. Intrigued. Might sell it on Ebay or preserve it as my collection.
