What is your favorite FPS game?

I found a really good free Online FPS for windows Combat Arms other than that its a toss up between Battlefield 2 or Call of Duty 4

Halo 3 at the moment. The new update really helped a lot.

I’m a big fan of the Half-Life 2 series. It’s my definition of the word “EPIC.” Almost done Episode 1 and Episode 2 is waiting on the shelf.

Half-Life and Half-Life 2 and all of its spawn such as Portal and Team Fortress 2. I have never liked any of the Halo games and think the only reason anyone likes them is that it was the first non-horrible game on the original Xbox. Compared to PC shooters there is nothing at all special about it.

Call of Duty 4 is also good, I especially enjoy the multiplayer. I played BF2 quite a bit but was always frustrated with it. People take too long to die and it’s too easy to dominate with the vehicles.

i am still in <3 with Halflife 2 from back in the day… nothing really compares to that mainc excitement.

Counter Strike Source and Call of Duty 4.

COD4 so far. Waiting to see how Gears 2 is. And any future COD game.

Shogo – it’s old, and the plot is kinda campy, but i like the humor in it
