I'm having some trouble with torrents.

I use uTorrent, and I’m downloading off of btjunkie. I’m only downloading torrents that have lots of seeds, positive comments, and that I know I can trust. But when I do download them, under “seeds’ it says 0 then a large number in brackets. [i.e. 0(5425) or sometimes 0(0)] And it never downloads. After I wait a while, it says (in the Tracker Status) Tracker Offline (Timed Out). All the other comments underneath the torrents that I download say “This is great! It downloaded fast too!” Why won’t it work for me? The farthest one of my torrents has downloaded was 20%, then became inactive. (and yes I did try force start)
