Does anyone have an amazing dessert recipe that involves pumpkin as the main ingredient?

My co-worker’s birthday is coming up, and she loves pumpkin, so I am planning to make her a dessert with pumpkin in it. I would like to find one that is yummy, easy to make and easy to bring into the office and serve.
