What should I do in Boston (now)?

I am in Boston until Friday morning, but admit I am a bit overwhelmed with everything to see and do. My days are tied up mostly in a conference, but can someone offer some suggestions of “musts” to see/do while I am here? I am at the Marriott in Back Bay (Copley Place).
