Can chickens survive snow in a wire cage?

I vote yes based on the images of chickens in snow that I found.
And some other ones of chick in snow.

Depends on how deep the snow is

But seriously, it sounds like different breeds are better in snow than others. This thread may help. But everyone seems to agree that the coop should be small and insulated.
