I’ve seen ads on tv as well in newspaper ads, where they offer sources where people can get free funds for anything ; college, bills, home improvements, e.t.c. And funds are from the gov’t ? Is this really true? Has anyone tried this? And these funds aren’t loans the ads say it’s free money?
