A man wants to work for his pay
A man wants a place in the sun
A man wants a girl proud to say
That she will become his loving wife
He wants a chance to give his kids
A better life

When I meet this man I shake his hand
And say hello brother hello

That question is hard to understand. From your profile I see that English isn’t your first language. Could you try to reword the question?

edit :: And this sounds like a legal question so knowing what country you are in might help.

Are you trying to ask about the price of housing and how to ensure the price won’t go up?

I believe I understand his question.

He is asking “When someone moves into a home in the U.S., and is paying rent there – what is the surety that they won’t get kicked out.”

If you imagine a foreigner, living in a home here in the U.S., they aren’t always sure of how long they can stay in a home. I’ve seen, over the past year, so many people of Hispanic descent evicted. And it wasn’t because they weren’t paying bills – it was because of their nationality [but done in a sideways manner so it did not come across that way.]

The answer to the supposed question is this: You are allowed to stay as long as you pay.

It depends tho, I just had an employee evicted because the flat she was renting was foreclosed upon. Her landlord never told her he was in foreclosure.
Be sure to have a copy of the lease and make sure you understand it.

Thanks to Squirbel for translating!

@ pathfinder What is your native language?

robmandu's avatar

@janbb, I think it’s unattainableness.

Whatever it’s called, I lurve it.

janbb's avatar

So which language is it – “unattainableness” or “oof”?

shrubbery's avatar

Well I thought he was possibly asking is there one innate value that all humans share? But maybe I’m being too philosophical and it really is about renting a house.
