What (kick-ass) questions would you ask in speed dating?

So – my brother is dragging me off to an event, which I am really quite skeptical about. However, thinking about it, I realise that it’s a pretty interesting challenge:
What questions would you ask that would (a) give your enough info about the other person in a timescale, of e.g., 4 minutes, and (b) leave your partner thinking, “that was a real interesting question…” ?
