In a car, is heat cooled in the radiator?

Yes, water circulating through the block is cooled in the radiator then circulated back out.

yes also your heater draw heat from there also. So running your cars heater also cool the engine block by removing heat from the radiator

True true....if you are ever in a situation where you car starts to overheat, turn on your heater full blast.
