I have seen web sites that offer the service for a fee or subscription which I am too cheap to pay. Is there any web apps that are available for iPhone?

Dont pay any website, you can find the same information (and more) for free, you just have to look in the right places….

well in that case, I would go with zaba or even just the white pages. Both have reverse address lookup I think, anywho.com is another helpful site for finding addresses…...
