I have a RCA 27 inch TruFlat television. Does anyone know the ideal calibration setting are (picture and sound)?

The whole concept behind calibration is that due to differences in manufacturing and environment each TV set even if it’s of the same batch will perform slightly differently. Thus there is no objective ‘ideal’ setting because it’s different for each TV.

Calibration kits will objectively measure the output of the TV and see how far away it is from the ‘ideal’ neutral value so you can make the appropriate adjustments.
