What is a good everyday multi-vitamin brand?

different folks have been telling me about special attributes that you want to make sure that your multi-vitamin has, like it should be “water-soluble” – have you heard of such a thing? and any other attributes that I should look out for like “organic”?

I like GNC’s women’s and men’s health formula’s personally. As for the special characteristics you mentiond… I really don’t think they make that much of a difference.

We’ve always bought Puritan’s Pride. Jenn’s uncle used to have a chain of vitamin stores and when he closed he recommended them as the best source. The prices seem good and they have a huge variety and I like having them delivered so we don’t run out.
