In today’s economy it equals zero, nada, zilch, nothing.

1 + 1 equals a lot of fun
Once you have two
There is more you can do
It might lead to three
And more responsibility
So make sure you’ve found the right one
When you are ready to Add 1 + 1

1 politician + 1 politician doesn’t per se equal 2 honest persons.

a fight, in which more will join.

depends
1 person with lemons + 1 person with vodka = a killer night

1 midget + 1 tall mail box = a good laugh

1 Dick Chaney + 1 shotgun = a bad hunting trip

but the best math

1 girl + 1 of her best friends = a great night for me ^.^

EnzoX24's avatar

@fallenangel, unless that best friend is your best friend and that girl is your girlfriend.

1+1=not that great of a discussion.

squirbel's avatar

For significantly large values of 1, 1+1 equals 3.

1+1=1 – if you’re talking logical arithmetic, in which the ’+’ means logical OR.

Reminds me of a joke, ask “What’s two and two?” to each of the following:

An accountant will tell you “4”
A mathematician will tell you “It depends.”
A statistician will tell you, “What do you want it to be?”

Fallen angel, cool name comrade.

it comes from a pagan myth i heard a while back

my life has been the epitome of crap. Like I was kicked out at 16, had abusive parents, horrible luck, and no friends. there was a laundry list of stuff that was goin wrong, so i started believin in some of those myths to keep hope. well in the myth when humans were banished from eden there was a group of angels that fought to keep them in heaven. These angels were sent to earth and lived eternal lives of hell.

so thats where i get this handle from, my other one is xero, that my angels name =p

Well everyone knows 1 = “the loneliest number” so

1 + 1 = 2 ( the loneliest number)

wrestlemaniac3's avatar

I know the story, i study that stuff myself.

@squirbel – that’s the Hitchhiker’s Guide, right? If not, where did I hear that before?

squirbel's avatar

I honestly don’t remember. The answer is 42?

1+1 = 11 which in any base n equals n+1 (base 2 11 = 3. base 3 11 = 4…etc) therefore, 1+1 could equal any number greater than 2.

COOKIEMONSTER101's avatar

1 + 1= a pair of shoes and that = a pair of worm feet! Make sense now?

flutherother's avatar

Big Brother says that 2 + 2 = 5. To say or even to think otherwise would be a catastrophe for you and your family. Better to not even think about 1 + 1. Have faith, we will be told in due course.

1 raindrop + 1 raindrop = 1 raindrop
