Is the downward spiral of gas prices directly related to this election?

If so, will they now begin rising?

No, the falling gas prices have to do with the falling price of oil, which has nothing to do with the election.

It’s related to the recession.

I suspect they will rise again, which is why alternative energy research and higher fuel economy vehicles are still critical.

I was convinced of the connection initially.

And then I learned what has been happening with the price of oil.
And then I wondered why the prices weren’t even lower!
