What determines a "landslide victory"?

is it the popular vote or electoral vote and what percentage is the landslide description applied

The current electoral vote numbers, 338 for Obama and 155 for McCain defines a landslide victory, in my humble opinion.

yea when you have more than double the electoral votes than your opponent, id call that a landslide
