Has anyone been to Lawschool and what did you think?

Asked by madsmom1030 (1033points) November 7th, 2008

I went to CWRU (CASE WESTERN RESERVE) GUND SCHOOL OF LAW. IF YOU WENT THERE WOULD LOVE TO KNOW AND WHERE YOU ARE AT NOW.

Haha. Based on this question, and the other question you just posed, it seems that perhaps you were looking for something more like Classmates.com.

the persose of the question was the gather opinions on lawschool. I know where many of my classmates are that would just be bonus.

Did you graduate and pass the bar? (Maybe Gund didn’t worry about clear and correct writing?)

@gailcalled: Ouch! Two minute penalty for roughing.

Not this time, Noraas. The law school at CWR is Case Western Reserve University School of Law. The Gunn Center for International Law was renamed in 1994.

And the writing is pretty bad; I would bet the farm that it is not of a person with a JD. Is she looking for old friends or evaluations of law schools? (And that shouting…)

Excuse me gailcalled but you are being rude. the school used to be called that and if you had seen the old sign outside and in the open hall area you would see the name. i am offended that you said i was lying about going to lawschool. by the way it is Gund not Gunn.

In 1994, the Gund Foundation and the School of Law dedicated and renamed the Center to honor alumnus and former university Trustee, Frederick K. Cox.

Now as to the spelling I was stating it as briefly as possibly. After 4 years as an undergrad and 3 years of grueling lawshool I have to ability to spell and correctly use grammer.

Have you been to lawschool?

In regards to the Bar I am studying and will be taking it in July 2009. It is wrong of you to judge me on so few facts.

The intention of my question was to see how others viewed their lawschool experience not to be judged and called a fake.

@mads; I apologize. I am still not clear what you want to know. I thought it was an opinion of graduates of CWRU School of Law. (And you are correct. I misspelled Gund.) But let’s let it drop. I hope that you earn your JD in 2009 and also pass the bar exam.

Thank-you. I will happily drop it. Thank-you for your best wishes as to the bar. I already have received my JD.
