Are Prenatal Vitamins For Pregnant Women?

I really realyy want to grow my hair faster and people keep telling me to take prenatal vitamins. Aren’t prenatal vitamins for pregnant women????

yes they are, but I take them to make my hair grow faster as well.
it’s just a vitamin, it won’t hurt you.

yes they are. They say they make your hair and nails grow quicker the nails part is definitely true my hair grows quick already so I don’t know about that one. I’ve also heard that if you’re trying to get pregnant those help so be careful!!

Women also take them before they get pregnant to help prevent certain birth defects.

They don’t increase your chances of getting pregnant they are just super vitamins with extra folic acid and stuff that helps a developing fetus. :)

Yes they are, but they can also be taken for women who are in their child bearing years.

I take them every day as a daily vitamin and my nails and hair go freakishly fast!

Like GeneralSp. said, it’s just like any other vitamin. It has just been specifically designed for women who are pregnant and need the “extra” nutrients. But they won’t hurt you if you are not pregnant.

They won’t make you grow a baby. You have to add a few more elements for that, I promise.
