Best Web Host for...?

I’ve been looking at Media Temple and used to use Dreamhost. I’m looking for a monthly subscription, not a yearly fee (right now – can’t afford it!) It would be a small-scale operation; just a self-promotion type site, but extensibilty would be important, like the ability to add Word-Press, message boards, etc. as close to one-click as possible. What do y’all suggest?

All of my sites are either on Dreamhost or Media Temple. I find Dreamhost is better for smaller, personal operations as things are a bit more automated and simple. But, Media Temple is better for larger sites that have more traffic.

I like Dreamhost for low-cost, low-traffic hosting. Simple simple simple to use, reliable enough for low-traffic stuff, good support, one-click installs, etc. Plus there are lots of Dreamhost promo codes out there, making it even cheaper. (I’ll refrain from putting one here just for the sake of not spamming-up Fluther, but send me a message if you need one.) Dreamhost is (apparently) not good for high-traffic sites, but they’re the cheapest hosts I’ve seen that still let me do everything I want.
