If you google “corregated furniture” and “cardboard furniture” you should get a lot of hits. I believe that most universities with an architecture/design program in the US uses cardboard furniture as a project for design students, so there should be a lot of hits out there.

Very interesting! Thanks for asking the question! I had never seen this before. It seems like you would want to put some cushions on it though, doesn’t it? I mean, they didn’t in the pictures, but I played around on an art installation that was made of the same materials and it hurts your butt after like 3 minutes.

oh the cardboard furniture project, i loved and hated it at the same time. i will tell you at the end of that project depending on what the rules are for it most students have a strange attachment to their piece of furniture that they don’t want to give it up. i only had to give mine up because it did not fit into my car while moving out so i gave it to a friend which sits very proudly in the living room i might add. my rules were you had to use all cardboard and nothing else to construct the furniture and and added bonus it had to support my professor for a full minute who was a very large man. good luck finding the chairs!
