Asked by queenzboulevard (2551points) December 7th, 2008

This is my adaptor. I have an S-video cable that I use with the S-video port, but what do I use to plug into the yellow video port?

the yellow port is simply another form of video out. you know on any composite cable (xbox, ps2, wii) how there are the red, white, and yellow cables. well the yellow one is video an that is what that port is for.
use either the svideo port or the yellow one

It’s an either/or thing. The yellow is for people who don’t have a-video on their TV.

I see you have tagged this as HDTV, you know you won’t get HD signals with this adapter. For the best signal you will need a DVI adapter, (depending on what mac you have) and then a DVI to HDMI adapter.
